We are a highly specialized Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Practice looking for experienced an experienced medical assistant.
Hours:
Hours:
- Vary depending on clinic and OR schedule but Monday typically 8:30am-4pm and Tuesday-Friday typically 8:30am-5pm
- Because we have clinics several times a week, hours may vary +/- an hour depending on patient needs
- No weekends
- No call
Benefits available after the first 3 months include:
1. 2 weeks of paid time off per year (with an opportunity to build up to 3 weeks)

The first 3 months at the office, including the 2 weeks of training, will be part of a probation period during which unemployment will not be offered if for any reason you were to decline the position. Once hired, if you decide at any point to resign from the position, we require 2 weeks notice so we can arrange for appropriate coverage.
Work Experience:
The ideal candidate has previous surgical medical assistant experience and is a certified MA. Previous EHR experience is required. Our office EHR is "Advanced MD".

Phoenix 4 days a week. Chandler up to 1 day/week

Job Duties:
- Surgery Clinic
- Prep and scribe notes in clinic
- Assist with in office procedures - knowledge of sterile technique
- Obtain surgical clearance
- FMLA Paperwork
- Stock and Maintain Inventory
We are looking for people that are focused on improving the patient experience and maximizing office efficiency. This is a very demanding position however our team members are rewarded for their hard work. We have a strong bonus structure and a very positive work environment focused on teamwork and open communication.
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
